Greetings! I am feenx, a light worker (or Indigo as some may refer to). I offer myself to aid in any seeking information on spiritual, emotional and mental matters. I do not offer my statements as fact or unquestionable. Simply opinions and food for thought. No subject is taboo!

I'll bite. I used to record my dreams in a journal when i was younger and ultimately gained lucidity in a dream. I wrote about my lucid dream experience in detail on my blog.
While not astral projection per se, it is a very close reletive if not the exact same thing.
Thing is, when I finally did it, I became so excited that I woke up when I wasn't ready to stop.
Yes I agree, lucid dreaming is very close. I have yet to be able to lucid dream, though I am working on it. I look forward to reading your experience.
I have astral projected, both purposefully and accidentally. It is a very unique experience, and certainly not something I would recommend engaging in without knowing what you're attempting.
I have, both by accident and on purpose, many times.
I do what's called dreamquesting, part of it is astral projection in the dream world. I've had some amazing connections with people all over the world this way.
I try not to project in this realm, it seems... rude, impolite, like a voyeur - unless it's to meet someone/thing/being for a reason.
